Want to integrate powerapps form with SPFx Extension.

Question

Hi there,

I want to open powerapps form using SPFx command set. On click of command, powerapps form should get opened in a popup.

To acheive this, I have referred

But this functionality works in Chrome but it does not work in IE.

In IE, it opens up a popup but is giving error as "You need a current plan or trial to use PowerApps" even though I am having E3 license. When I open that URL in seperate browser tab, then its working fine.
But that url is not working on click of command.
