Want to enter date manually using textbox in Data Entry Form

Question

How to create Data entry windows application?

1) Which allow data to enter using the textbox and update the calendar as well?

2) Date value selected from calendar appears in the textbox.

3)  It must accept formats like mm/dd/yyyy   OR mm-dd-yyyy
