VS2013 Crystal Report Type Initilizer Error

Hi i have developed a desktop application using VS2013. I have Win 8.1 and installed Crystal Report 13_0_16 CRV runtime.

But when i install the setup at client laptop with Win8.1 with 64bit OS , i get following error

Type initilizer error with CrystalDecisions.CrystalReport.Engin.ReportDocument.

I have searched a lot with this but no success. This is with very urgent request.

Plesae help me out asap. Sorry for this, as i have to install it at client laptop.
