I opened Visual Studiio. Created a WPF project, Just to ensure everything was worked I add nothing to the form. When I click Start Debugging the App acts like it is starting. Then their is a flash on the screen and nothing happens. I go back to Visual Studio and I have to Stop tge Debugging process.
I must have done something wrong. What gives. PS No error messages.
So much for attempting to learn something new.
