visual studio components

Question

Good day. This is Frank from Nigeria. Please i am new to C#, and i need visual studio to ease things out for me. Unfortnately, i can't afford thousands for data subscription so i could install visual studio. Internet subscription here is very outrageous. I was wondering if there is an installed visual studio components in ZIP format anybody could give me,so i won't have to connect to internet to install them. Please help me!
