Visual Studio 2015 crashes on startup...

Question

 Only Visual studio crashes.... I have tried to solve it by using Devenv  command at Command Prompt but of no use....I used :-

 

 c:\program files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 14.0\common7\IDE>Devenv.exe                                                                                                                /ResetSettings 

and another...

 

c:\program files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 14.0\common7\IDE>Devenv /ResetSettings *.*

 

but the output was the same. 

The message shown is :-

 

Message title:  

                      Microsoft Visual Studio has stopped working.

 Statement:    Microsoft Visual Studio is checking for the problem...

After this message another message box is shown which says msvs is collecting information about the problem and will notify you once a solution is found. with two buttons - Debug and Close program. And the system closes. It also happens with Blend. Same problem...and nothing else problem happens.
