visual studio 2013, integated with mssql,crystal report

Hello Sir,

I want to make a setup in visual studio 2013, integated with MSSQL, Crystal Report. Please provide me proper solution step by step. Setup mainly used in client machine. please provide me solution for making a complete set includes(MSSQL,crystal report).
