Vertical scroll bar control

Question

How to match the look and feel of vertical scroll bar with the inbuilt vertical scroll bars of some controls like PrintPreviewControl, Rich Text box , etc. Their scroll bars look blue where the vertical scroll bar control looks brown. please guide
