VB type library

Question

Hi, guys, I am working on a game project now but our client' s hardware is very old and have no chance to update recently. So we decide to turn on the VB type library with c# since by this way our client won't need DirectX runtime(her old machines cannot handle that) to run the game. We have done a lot of research with this topic but few valuable things have been located. We even have no much ideas about the API about that library. Could you guysplease give me a little hint or some resources if you are familiar with this topic. thanks first:)
