VB 6.0 To .NET Conversions Utility???

Has anyone had any luck finding a utility that works for Converting VB 6 projects too VB .Net???
I tried working with the convert tool in the .net studio but the amount of code changes
you need to make after the conversion is equivelent to a rebuild..
