USSD webservice - C#

Question

I need to develop a webservice that takes a USSD request and responds with the requested information. I have done a similar project with a Mobile Network Operator's SMS gateway however as USSD gateway is a different thing, I need some guidance regarding what are the changes I need to do in my service to make it USSD gateway compatible. I will highly appreciate any help. Thanks.
