New Directions Data Group furnishes a full range of solutions in the business intelligence and data warehouse sectors of information technology. Our service areas include: business intelligence, corporate knowledge management and high level applications development and programming. We seek to optimize a company's business performance and competitiveness by providing subject matter experts who augment the successful implementation of business critical corporate information and data projects. We are currently engaged in a project that requires several .Net Developers on a contract and or contract to full time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for developing front end screens and back end and middleware interfaces utilizing VB.NET and ASP.NET. This team will be developing front end and back end systems interfaces in VB and ASP.NET for acquiring and reporting internal business financial data that will include Sarbanes-Oxley requirements for senior management. The application will draw data from several SQL data warehouses and will be accessed through ASP.NET. The appropriate individuals will have demonstrated development and architecture background in VB.NET or C#, ASP.NET and the .NET Framework, DataSet and Web Services and more than 5 - 8 years overall experience as a developer. The consultant should have a strong demonstrated background in database technology related to SQL. These applications are running in SQL Server 2000 environment.
