using Zeroconf library to discover same app install on anoth

hi,
I want to discover the same app install on different network using Zeroconf . then want to connect the two wp8 devices and the if we perform some action on one device then the same action will perform on 2nd device. will it be possible using Zeroconf if yes plz give me examples..
