using tables instead of frames.

Hi all, In my application, we are not using frames. We are using html tables instead of frames. In the main table
In the first row there are 3 columns, in the second row I gave
. What's happening is, it is showing an extra scrollbar for this div. Does anybody have any ideas how to work around it? I don't want to display scrollbar. I tried giving scroll = "no" in the body tag. What it is doing is, it is taking out the regular IE scroll bar. And it is displaying the inner div scroll bar. When I try giving scroll = "no" in table tag, it is saying no scroll feature is there in table tag.
