using Microsoft Excel 2007 ..update and Append the values to Excel shhet

Hi,
I am using Microsoft Excel 2007  and Visual studio 2005  ..
I am using the DateTimePicker,Textbox and Check box controls.
How can I update and Append the DateTimePicker - start and End date ,Textbox values to Excel shhet.
what using namespace I use and define.May be with the interop problem avoid.
 
 
 
My Excel colums are
Column1  Column2                                                                 Column3
Rfdata       start and end datetime calculation                         Status:like 3 more months time there.or duration over.
