Using IP to selct different opening pages

I can find out what kind of browser, OS, screen resolution, etc. But, I'd like to be able to see the IP of the reader and select an opening page according to the IP. Is this just a call I've missed, or relatively difficult?

I've been using Asp.net, Ajax, and C#, actually the Express version of Visual Studio.
