using GDI+ to create the actual form shape
Nov 21 2003 10:42 AM
Hello all, Im new to .net and programming in general. I am a graphics designer and am currently pursuing the possibility of designing the front-end for the custom apps we program at work. A lot of the stuff we create is VB.Net and I am having a real hard time finding a way to change the default rectangular form shape. obviously I can load images into the form pretty simply, but I am unable to change the actual form itself. Is GDI+ coding the way to do this? Is it even possible? If it is possible to change the shape of the form (i.e. beveled edges) could someone please point me in the direction of a URL that explains this process. Thanks in advance for the help
