Using EPPlus excel library

Question

I know that EPPlus use GNU LGPL licence 3.

I am not very good with licences. I just need to know, if i just download it from NuGet package and i kept it as library beside my software exe file, can i use it without release the software source code or have any obligations in any way?

For free and commerial software.
