Using EHLAPI32 in C# with RUMBA as as emulation vendor

I want to fetch data from mainframe.
I dnt have any idea of RUMBA and EHLAPI32.
Explan how to use EHLAPI32.dll in C# with RUMBA as emulation vendor.
what are the procedures to connect with mainframe with help of RUMBA.
