User Priviliges Help

Question

I gotta do a user privilges thing i got a table with user priviliges with view, add, delete and update which is being displayed in a form. now i need to do is that if i tick a chechbox which is a datatype Bit. the button will be enabled or disabled in the other form i want to ex:

Event function : Add View Delete Update
                        False True False False

In this case only view can be done all the other buttons are enabled
