User Permission In MVC

Question

i want to check user permisions on login controller

in userPermission table have Userid,MenuId,PageId,Iscreated,IsDeleted,IsView,IsDeleted

if user is authenticated true then check different uisers to different permission on login controller and in view if admin login then access all pages and show all buttons create,edit delete and view and if other user is login then some bujtton hide and show according to type of the user.please give me solid solutuions
