user input in local language

hi i'm vijay. i'm developing a multilingual website. i have a problem in this. The problem is .... the user should be able to give his input data in a selected local language and that data should be stored in the database. i'm able to achieve this in windows application (using VB.NET), but i'm not getting this in web application (using ASP.NET). is there any method to activate the user keyboard for a particular language through a web application (similar to ActivateKeyboardLayout() in windows application). plz help me. thanks. waiting for reply. vijay.
