user defined fields designer

Question

hello there i am tasked with developing a simple designer so that users can layout a tab page with user defined fields. this needs to be fairly simple and the only controls the users will want to add are checkbox, textbox and combobox as dropdownlist. so the idea is that the users will create the layout through a simple designer. then they can launch the dynamically generated form afterwards and insert/edit data via their controls. im not sure what the best for my scenario. any advice to get me started much appreciated. thanks.
