Reusable user control

Question

I need to create an usercontrol like

 

ADD  EDIT SAVE DELETE SEARCH PRINT

in my desktop based application.

 

i want it to be reusable as i can use the same control on my multiple form but i am not able to do the needfull as i dont know how to do that, i have designed the usercontrol  but when i add that control to form, i want to allow different events like addclickevent, editclickevent,deleteclickevent but i am not able to do so as, i need help as i am stuck on this,and not able to think on how to make use of it ,

the other appraoch i think will be adding add/edit buttons to the form as will be able to write the events for the same, but i know that will be the wrong approach for that,so please help me out need help.
