URL Rewrite in ASP.net application in IIS

Question

How can i redirect to different link while clicking on my hsort link . 

 

Example : My site name is  :   https://xyz.com/MyFolder 

 

When I click on the above link , the page should redirect to different link as below.

 

https:// mydotnetapplication.com/Personal Folder

I basically want to match the exact address
