URGENT!!!adding web based chat on my website

hi!

I m trying to add live customer support facility to my website i.e so that customer should be able to directly chat with our operator.Can some one help me what would be an easy solution for this scenario.I m not allowed to purchase any third party software like LivePerson etc.
