Uploading SQL Server Databse

Question

Hello,

I am facing problem in uploading SQL Server Database to Web server. Can any one tell me the process of uploading database to web server.I have mdf and ldf file of the database. I am not getting any error but i not know the process of uploading database on web server. Can any one also explain that i have to take extra space on web server for database.
