uploading excelsheet into db (sql server 2008)using asp.net

i want to uploading excel sheet into sql server2008 using asp.net 2010
 i got one error
"The Microsoft Office Access database engine cannot open or write to the file ''. It is already opened exclusively by another user, or you need permission to view and write its data."
