uploading data from excel in dotnet

Question

i want to create application in which user can upload excel or csv file with huge amount of data or litte data .now i want to convert user uploaded data to my fixed excel template file format ,what i thinking is after user upload data user uploaded header row will be seen in one side and our template header row  is seen on other side .so user can choose which his colum data is best suited to which colum of of fixed tempate file.please guide how to do un dotet.eg -user upload a file which contain price column (price) and i have finalprice colum in my fix template .so user data on price cumn should shitedto final price .
