UPLOADFILE NOT REFERENCING THE POINTED FILE

Hello My Code Masters,

please i have an issue, i am uploading a document to my SQL Database using ASP:FileUpload control i have done the necessary thing but the code returning the following error " Object reference not set to an instance of an object" below is the image of the error
