upload zip file to local folder

Question

hi i m upload file in my local folder by asp.net
i have all code is done but when i select zip or rar file and click upload button then button click event not fire i mean button can not go to the server side code
and internet browser show masseg----
 

Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

and i try to upload doc or txt file then button go the server side code
