UPLOAD Multifiles, Captcha & fields with POST httpwebrequest

Hi Everyone , I have a website with form which contain client's informations and two images to upload and captcha to validate the submit.

I have tested all solutions in this forum like here : https://www.c-sharpcorner.com/article/upload-any-file-using-http-post-multipart-form-data/

but it not work , I don't have a error response but clients are note added.

can you help me to discover where is the problem .
