Upload file in local folder in a project in Asp.net Core With EF

Hi all,

I was trying to upload pdf file into a local folder using asp.net core mvc with EF and Oracle. But I failed to upload the pdf file.

Please help me to solve this issues. Expecting your reply as soon as possible.
