Upgrade server now COM error

Question

Upgraded from 2008r2 to 2012 R2. Now I can not get my brother thermal to work. I have reference to bpac.DLL the 64 bit.

 

I keep getting this error. I tried moving visual studio to use 64 bit but dont see the option.

 

 Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {B940C105-7F-46FE-BF41-E040B9BDA83D} failed due to the following error: 80040154 Class not registered (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80040154 (REGDB_E_CLASSNOTREG)).
