Updating a form1 when manipulating the form2 data.

Question

Hey experts, I having two forms like form1 & form2. In form1, user can visualize the employee data from database. in form2, The user can manipulate(i.e.., upadting,inserting,deleting) the data. When the user manipulates the data  then form1 should be refresh so that user can visualize the updated data.

Please give the a perfect solution for this problem..........
