update rows in gridview with one button for all the gridview

Question

I wish to make a gridview that have a CRUD, the gridview should be within Buton and combo box and a button update for the entire grid as well as the image shows, thanks for your help, was doing with jqGrid but I not gone well, please I need your support because I've been at this for several days and even I get no fix, thanks
