Update Panel Problem

Hello,

I have an update panel that contains the repeater which binds the question pallete on page load event when first time user comes on this page But the problem is in the same session when user comes second time on the same page the repeater is not bind with the question pallete.I have used update method of update panel but not works. So, how to solve this problem.
