Update Desktop app with Patch (only Crystal reports)

Hello All,

 

We are making a desktop application. There are severa crystal reports in the application.. 

This app is given to so many clients... Now each and every client has many reports.. We are also giving update  for application.. But I want to know that if there is a only change in crystal reports then can i make a patch setup which can only make a change for reports in laready installed application??? If yes then what is the process.. we can do it by making a new setup but it is large so any idea that can make a setup only with change not other things..
