unsafe Condition in C#

Question

Hi Pleasa anyone explain to me the unsafe condition and fixed method in C#. While i have convert java to C# using converter tool, in C# code contain unsafe { fixed { pointer is available in this portion. } } What does unsafe and fixed means could u explain this. Regards R.Ravikumar
