UNKNOWN SERVER TAG ERROR

Hi friends,

I am getting this error

<%@ Register Assembly="System.Web.Silverlight" Namespace="System.Web.UI.SilverlightControls"
    TagPrefix="asp" %>

and i used it like this in the master page
<asp:Silverlight ID="Xaml1" runat="server" source="~/ClientBin/New.xap">
