Unfortunately I lost my latest work on Vs 2017

Unfortunately i do not know what happened i lost my latest work and i have configure the project on GITHUB i am able to see the github repository , I remember that last time i commit and also sync but i do not know how to get the latest work from the github , below is the screenshot if someone can assists me
