Unauthorized access while uploading file in ASP.NET

I have a page which upload pictures in a folder of website. it runs good on local server but when i uploaded site on server and try to uplaode picture it gives error.

how can i solve this problem?

url rewriting automaticaly when i give the filename

How to split numbers? for Ex. suppose there is an account number AP5896RT. Iwish write each number in a seprate box for ex box in a PDF file.
