Unable to use Windows MediaPlayer component

Hi, I am working on a smartdevice application, I would like to add the Windows MediaPlayer component into the toolbar. When adding the component I found the component become grey area unable to use, I tried adding for a windows application it was no problem able to use..Pls somebody help me with this problem...Thanks
