Unable to see meta win page source while changing by jquery

HI,

 

We are changing meta from jquery which is external js file. As we have FB and Twitter sharing functionality, we are unable to share because when we saw the page source, it is not showing meta title which we have updated from js file. Our layout page is rendered from sitecore CMS. Please suggest.
