Unable to run Setup in the client machine

Question

Hi Friends, I created wpf setup in Vs 2015,when I am running setup in the client machine getting installation error. The client machine in Windows XP Sp3,I am trying to install IIS it is asking to provide windows CD.It is difficult to get cd and run.I tried with the windows forms also not working. I installed installer 4.5 but the problem with the iis support. SO Is there any alternative to run the setup without IIs??
