Unable to reference textbox in dynamic gridview

Hi,
Can someone help?????
I am trying to build a gridview that I can build dynamically and then update....
I am finding that when I search the gridviewrow that has been selected for update, for a textbox that I have created dynamically in the gridview, it is unable to find it....
