unable to create database

hey

i'm fresher so facing trouble about the creation of database

in android version 3+, SQLite database and genymotion emulator...instead of no error in code there is no database in device file explorer
any other way to check it....please direct me about it

i'm not clear about it 

 Database-> Security -> Logins

while Database isn't create then where it "Database-> Security -> Logins " locate? 

here i'm not using external database
