Unable to connect to the Development Server.

Question

Hi All,

 

I Have a issue while execution in Visual Studio 2015, where once a project gets build successfully and tries to execute the project it show an error

 

Like "Unable to connect to the Developement Server"

 

If there's a solution please let me know it...
