Unable to Connect SSMS to Godaddy DB from my local system

Hi Everyone, 

 

Actually i would like to connect my Localsystem SSMS to GOdaddy DB, but getting the error like

 

"a network related or instance specific error occurred while establishing a connection to sql server. the server was nout found or not accessible. verify that instance name is correct and that sql server is configured to allow remote connections.(provider: Named pipes provider, error:40-could not open a connection to sql server)(microsoft sql server , error:53)"

 

i called to go daddy team and they told me that theay are able to connect , this is ISP Issue, een i am trying to connect another ISP, but getting thte Same Error.
