UDP Voice tranferring

Question

Hay! Can anybody help me in creating an application which captures the voice via a mic & transmit it using UDP to a another PC using VB.Net. It should be a server, client application. Where the server does the capturing of voice and transmit the voice datagrams to the client. Thanx.....
